Seattle Chocolate is a woman-owned company that has made truffles and truffle bars in Seattle since 1991. Owner + CEO Jean Thompson, is a self-taught chocolatier with a passion for spreading joy through chocolate. Seattle Chocolate is known for the creamy meltaway center in its bars and truffles, unique and colorful packaging, and a wide variety of flavors like San Juan Sea Salt, Pike Place Espresso, Brisk Mountain Mint, and more!

For Jean Thompson, chocolate is inherently joyful, “At the end of the day, we’re making chocolateand there’s nothing more fun than that. Thompson says Seattle Chocolate’s goal is to brighten someone’s day with chocolate, “It fuels every decision we make, from flavor development to package design, and beyond! Whether we’re adding popping candy to dark chocolate or working with an independent artist to create a wrap that you can’t help but smile at, we want your chocolate experience to be immersive and FUN.
