Help With Boosting Morale During a Tough Time
Like many organizations, Microsoft has had to rapidly adapt to the business disruptions brought about the coronavirus pandemic. Recognizing that the transition has been challenging to employees, the company reached out to Knack looking for a way to boost morale and thank employees for their hard work during the crisis.
Recognizing that business disruptions because of the pandemic have been challenging to employees, Microsoft reached out to Knack looking for a way to boost morale.
Microsoft’s specific requirements included:
- Gifts for 590 employees.
- Multiple employee appreciation gift options so each recipient could choose something they like.
- An easy way to collect the shipping addresses of employees sheltering in place taking into account that addresses on file may not be best place to send gifts.
- Include local Seattle products.
An Innovative Gift Solution
To meet Microsoft’s requirements, we leveraged our online Private Event Functionality
to create a Microsoft-branded landing page curated with six different luxury gifts. Employees were invited to “shop” the landing page, select the gift they wanted, and have it delivered directly to their home. To make the experience more personal, each thank you gift
was wrapped in premium packaging and accompanied by a custom gift message that read, “Thank you for your continued efforts during this unprecedented time. We recognize and appreciate your continued dedication, resilience, and hard work. Enjoy your gift. Thank you for your contributions!!!”
